1. Subscription Plans
Garli offers the following subscription tiers:
- Garli Free: Basic features with limited recipe storage and ads
- Garli Plus (Monthly): Unlimited recipes, AI imports, meal planning, cooking mode, and ad-free experience
- Garli Plus (Annual): All Plus features at a discounted annual rate
2. Billing & Payment
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
- Annual subscriptions are billed once per year
- Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
- Applicable taxes may be added to the subscription price
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for Garli Plus. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price. Free trials are limited to one per user and per Apple ID or Google account.
4. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Garli → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Garli → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Plus features until then. Garli cannot process cancellations directly — all subscription management is handled by the respective app store.
6. Refunds
Refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms. To request a refund:
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Contact Google Play support through the Play Store app
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice. We will notify you in advance of any price increase via the App or email, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
8. Downgrade to Free
If you cancel your subscription or it expires, your account will revert to the free tier. You will retain access to your saved recipes, but some features may be limited:
- Recipe storage may be limited
- AI-powered features may be restricted
- Advanced meal planning and cooking mode may become unavailable
- Ads may be displayed
Your data will not be deleted when downgrading. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access.
9. Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or special offers. These are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and may not be combined with other promotions. Promotional pricing applies for the specified period only, after which standard pricing will apply.
